studio practice

 

beyond teaching asana & philosophy in the studio, I facilitate an experience.

my intention is to guide you on a journey toward Self and remind you to breathe along the way.

the cadence of class is set to a soundtrack of music and breath making way for a flowing meditation resembling the expansion and contraction of nature's cycles. 

practicing with sangha (community) is powerful! 

we share our breath to become a part of something greater than ourselves.

this inspires us to uncover new depths and push past limits.

and more bodies = more heat which helps to soften chronically tight spots.
