sometimes we need to be reminded to take care of ourselves.

 

go to your mat is my way of reminding you to prioritize time for yourself.

 

if we do not make it a priority and we let ourselves get tangled up in worldly matters or wait for everything to be nice and tidy,

then we won’t practice.

 


let your experience on the mat be devoted to your higher self.
